Advising

Prospective students work with an enrollment counselor throughout the admissions process. As early as a prospective student may be, they begin to work with their academic advisor as well to map out their program. Throughout the program, each student is supported by their academic advisor and program director.

Support for Teachers of Color

Roberts Wesleyan College offers multiple supports for our teachers of color, including flexible schedule for working adults; academic supports available in Learning Center; course dedicated to professional writing at the beginning of the program to set a solid foundation; individual access to fieldwork, student teaching, and certification coordinators; diversity and inclusion workshops available to students, faculty, and staff led by Chief Diversity Officer and Associate Dean of Students.

Partnerships

Roberts Wesleyan College has partnerships with Professional Development Schools at Athena High School and Longridge Elementary School as well with Churchville-Chili CSD. We also participate in the regional Teacher Immersion Fellowship Program and have partnerships with Rochester Association of Paraprofessionals, corporate partners and Rochester Institute of Technology.
